As we previously reported, on Tuesday Jeff Beck paid tribute to the late Les Paul with an intimate gig at New York’s Iridium. On Wednesday, New York City’s Mayor Bloomberg declared June 9, Paul’s 95th birthday, to be Les Paul Day in the City of New York. Beck returned to Iridium last night to continue the celebration with more music. Warren Haynes was on hand to check out the action along with such other notables as David Bowie, Kirk Hammett, Allen Toussaint, Steven Van Zandt, Steve Miller, Meat Loaf, Zakk Wylde and Ace Frehley.

On Friday Beck will be in Atlanta and then it’s on to Bonnaroo for a Saturday performance.
