The Disco Biscuits, Omega Moos, Bayliss/Cummins to Play North Coast After Shows
The North Coast Music Festival will take place in Chicago over Labor Day Weekend. The three-day event will mix performances by jamband stalwarts like Umphrey’s McGee, the Disco Biscuits, The New Deal and Pretty Lights with more mainstream acts like the Chemical Brothers, Cold War Kids, Moby and Damian Marley & Nas. In addition, North Coast will host a number of official after shows throughout Chicago during the weekend. This gigs include a bonus Disco Biscuits show, California Wives’ CD release party, a set by the New Deal/Umphrey’s McGee side-project the Omega Moos and a rare duo performance by Umphrey’s McGee co-founders. Brendan Bayliss & Joel Cummins. Bayliss and Cummins are expected to play the “music of Umphrey’s McGee” with a variety of special guests.
