RatDog is currently off the road with Bob Weir and Jeff Chimenti focusing on Furthur, Jay Lane playing in Primus, Mark Karan leading Jemimah Puddleduck and Robin Sylvester battling undisclosed health issues. Last week, Jemimah Puddleduck performed at New York’s Sullivan Hall. During the gig, RatDog saxophonist Kenny Brooks sat in with the group on “Time Will Tell,” “I Wish I Knew How,” “Easy Wind,” “That’s It For the Other One,” “Tonight I’ll be Staying Here with You” and “Turn on Your Lovelight.” The band, which also includes JT Thomas (Bruce Hornsby), Bob Gross (Delaney Bramlett) and Joe Chirco (Donna Jean, David Nelson & Zen Tricksters), will perform in Santa Rosa, CA on August 26.
