Hill Country Revue will release the new album Zebra Ranch this October. The group, which is led by North Mississippi Allstars’ Cody Dickinson, named its new release in honor of Dickinson Family patriarch Jim Dickinson. Zebra Ranch is the name of the recording studio on Jim Dickinson’s property where both of Hill Country Revue’s albums were recorded. “Being an artist himself, he was always producing, even in absentia,” Cody Dickinson said of his late father, who passed one year ago. “He continues today, and this record is in his memory.”

Cody Dickinson will perform a solo show at Memphis, TN’s Newby’s on August 25. Hill Country Revue will kick off a tour with Tea Leaf Green at Savannah, GA Live Wire Music Hall on the following day.
