Chris Barron spent the summer on the road. Now, the Spin Doctors singer will hunker down for a series of shows throughout hometown of New York and its surrounding areas. This evening Barron and his band the Time Bandits will play the first in a series of shows at New York’s The National Underground. Barron and Time Bandits hosted a residency at the venue in 2009 that drew in such special guests as John Popper and Mike Gordon. He will also play a few solo shows at benefits throughout the city.
