Yonder Mountain String Band’s Harvest Music Festival is now underway on Mulberry Mountain in Ozark, Arkansas. Although Yonder’s two headlining sets won’t take place until Friday and Saturday, Martin Sexton, Brett Dennen and Railroad Earth are among the acts yet to appear tonight. Festival co-promoter Brett Mosiman checking in from the site explains, “We’re really excited about hosting a fall festival on Mulberry Mountain. The facility is second to none and the fall foliage is simply spectacular. We have 4 stages and over 40 acts including Yonder’s 2 full fun filled headlining sets complete with lots of surprises.” In addition to a variety of activities, the Rocky Grove Sun Company is on hand with solar panels powering a portion of the festival and offering power strips for folks to charge their phones. Other acts set to appear at the Harvest Music Festival include: Keller & the Keels, Split Lip Rayfield, Emmitt Nershi Band, Donna the Buffalo, The Travelin’ McCourys, Mountain Sprout, Infamous Stringdusters, Adam Aijala & Larry Keel, Elephant Revival, and Poor Man’s Whiskey.
