Jeff Beck has confirmed a short tour in honor of Les Paul. The Rock And Roll Party will hit select markets across the country in March and April. The guitarist recently paid tribute to Paul with an intimate show at New York’s Iridium Jazz Club in June of 2010. Highlights from the performance will be released on both CD and DVD on February 22 as Rock And Roll Party To Honor Les Paul. Throughout the tour, Beck will be backed by The Imelda May Band, whose namesake joined Beck on stage at the 2010 Grammy Awards for a cover Paul’s “How High The Moon.”

In addition, PBS will air highlights from the Iridium tribute show later this month. Jeff Beck Honors Les Paul will premiere on PBS stations beginning November 27 and air throughout December. Special guests featured in the program include: Troy “Trombone Shorty” Andrews, Gary U.S. Bonds and Brian Setzer.
