Snowmass Names Official Song After Widespread Panic

The Aspen Times reports that Snowmass, CO has named Widespread Panic’s “Big Woolly Mammoth” its official song. According to an article in the paper, the song was proposed by the town’s outgoing Councilman Reed Lewis. “I just thought it was a fun thing more than anything else,” Lewis told the paper. “It’s just to remind us we’re a fun mountain town. I think Widespread fans will get a kick out of it.” Though Widespread Panic has played Snowmass at least seven times—including four shows at the town’s annual Jazz Fest—the band has never performed the Don’t Tell the Band track within the town.

I am pleased to hear how befiaicenl and productive RezFest was to the FlipKey team and other sponsors of the conference for Vacation Rentals Management Companies. This was the second most highly attended RezFest and the postive feedback from attendees has been nothing but positive. RezFest has taken on a new standard of expectations over the past few years since its nearly twenty years of being a User’s Forum. The Instant Software has already started diligently planning for RezFest 2009 and is looking forward to hosting its sponsors and clients once again!
