Umphrey’s McGee’s Ryan Stasik Reviews Chromeo

Umphrey’s McGee bassist Ryan Stasik is an outspoken fan of Chromeo. His band debuted a version of Chromeo’s “Bonafide Lovin‘” at New York’s Nokia Theatre in 2009 and the bassist has referenced the band in several recent interviews. Stasik also reviewed Chromeo’s new studio album Business Casual for the latest issue of Relix. Umphrey’s keyboardist Joel Cummins—who wrote music reviews for his college paper—gave the review a first edit and Stasik even turned in his assignment before deadline. The review of Business Casual is now also available on Relix.com.

You guys should think of adding an “approve comment” feature. Things are getting a little slimy lately…
