The latest Dan Bern album, Live in Los Angeles presents his performance from the M Bar in Hollywood, CA on September 13, 2009. For much of that show he was joined by the group Common Rotation, who have toured with Bern a number of times as of late. The trio will take to the road with him again for a series of dates starting on February 19 in Philadelphia. Before then, Common Rotation will appear twice more in Los Angeles, on December 12 at Meltdown Comics and on December 16 Los Angeles at The Asylum Theater. Then on December 26 the group will appear on WNYC’s Spinning on Air from 8-9 PM along with guitarist Dan Miller of They Might Be Giants, and Tom Lenk of Broadway’s “Rock of Ages.” Common Rotation’s Adam Busch first met Lenk on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and on the 26th their fellow Buffy alum Amber Benson will appear as well.
