New York’s The Stone will host its annual End of the Year Improv benefit shows next week. The three-show run will bring together numerous musicians, including John Zorn (sax), Billy Martin (percussion), Cyro Baptista (percussion) and Erik Friedlander (cello). The club will host both 8 and 10 PM shows on December 28, 29 and 30. Special guests are expected each night.
