Last night, Nathan Moore performed at New York’s Rockwood Music Hall Stage 2 with his Dear Puppeteer co-producer Bryan Elijah Smith. Moore’s Surprise Me Mr. Davis bandmates Brad and Andrew Barr opened the night with their new project The Barr Brothers, which features harpist Sarah Page and keyboardist Andres Vial. Near the end of Moore’s set, the four musicians along with Tea Leaf Green bassist Reed Mathis and Low Anthem’s Ben Knox Miller all emerged for “I’m Not Tired (of Counting Sheep).” Earlier in his set, Moore also performed “Hollow,” “In The Basement” and “I’m The Same” from Dear Puppeteer. Mathis was in New York recording with Jon Fishman, Steve Kimock, Al Schnier, Marco Benevento and a slew of others for the new Everyone Orchestra album.
