These guys are great! I saw them at Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry NH, possibly the smallest venue to see well-known acts (Victah, Marcia Ball, John Hammond, Radiators), and meet them after the show. They were all very sweet gents! I hope they return.

Finally 7 walkers announce a St. Louis date. It sucks that its the same day as the MOE. show in STL. But I’ll have to flip a coin. Its been years since I seen Moe. and I seen Billy with Papa Mali before they were the 7 walkers which was amazin! I hate I have to choose!

This band has some pretty darn good original material. But they sure do play ALOT of stuff from The Grateful Dead repertoire for a band that has a drummer who referred to Furthur as a “cover band.” Very strange. But then again, only the strange remain, right?

@RST – what you may think in a Dead tune is actually old folk tunes that the GD covered. Anyhoot who cares, 7 Walkers is great and we’re lucky to have any of the original core 4 still out there bringing us tunes. And besides as far as FURTHUR is concerned- JOURNEY did the same thing and hired that korean kid from the journey cover band & that worked out okay…
