Before fully launching his comedy career, Conan O’Brien associate Reggie Watts sang with a number of groups, including Soulive and his own Maktub. Watts will shift his focus back to music for a collaboration with the LA art/rock girl duo Eagle and Talon. He will appear on the group’s upcoming EP In Manila, as well as at select upcoming shows.

Eagle and Talon is in the final moments of a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to self-release In Manila, start BI/AKKA records and get out on the road and tour. Donations would “help offset the cost of van rental, insurance, keeping gas in the tank, tour posters, cockroach-free accommodations, etc.”
