The festival was held in 2000, 2002 and every summer since 2005. Members of the DFA family have regularly appeared at Camp Bisco over the past five years and the label’s founder James Murphy performed at the festival in 2009 and 2010. This year will mark the return of Yeasayer bassist Ira Tuton, who performed at Camp Bisco II and III with The Ally. Besides members of the Biscuits, the only Camp Bisco I performer currently confirmed for this year’s festival is STS9 bassist David Murphy, who will perform with Up Until Now.
