This evening Rose Hill Drive will perform a free show in Vail’s Arrabelle Square as part of the Bud Light Street Beat. This in turn will serve as warm-up for the group’s first extensive tour in some time. April and May will find the group on the road supporting the Stone Temple Pilots. This also will be the group’s first national dates with new bass player Jimmy Stofer. A former touring member of The Fray, Stofer performed a one-off gig with Rose Hill Drive last summer and was officially named a member of the band last month. The group’s co-founder and lead vocalist Jake Sproul will now move to rhythm guitar. The first show opening for STP will take place on April 22 at Indiana, PA’s Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex.
