Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk had the honor of closing out Tipitina’s New Orleans JazzFest celebration. As previously reported, both Karl Denson and Skerik augmented the group throughout the night while Orgone supplied support duties. Cyril Neville also made a surprise appearance with the band. Dumpstaphunk will kick off a series of shows with Slightly Stoopid on May 11 at Fayetteville, AR’s George’s Majestic Lounge.
