Keller Williams has initiated a new auction to aid southern tornado victims. Hosted by the Mimi Fishman Foundation, there are three items available, with the winners working with Williams to determine the specific recipient organization.

First up is his Godin Multiac fretless guitar which he had named “lil’ sexy.” Williams explains, “It has nylon strings and sounds like a warm classical that’s being played with a slide except your fingers are doing the sliding as there are no frets. The fret lines are in place so it plays easily. With a fretless, you simply press the string on the fretline for the proper note to be in tune. It’s a guitar player’s guitar. It’s not a cowboy chord guitar you sit back and strum tunes around the campfire. It’s a thin body guitar, but slightly thicker than an electric. It’s super sexy. The pick up system is very elaborate with many options. Each string sits in its own cradle. The signal is split two ways and has two separate out puts. One is a regular quarter inch guitar cable that controls the acoustic sounds with volume, treble, mid, and bass control faders. The other is a 13 pin gk cable that goes to the Roland guitar synthesizer. This unit is not included. But it’s bad ass.”

Next is a Keller Season Pass. Williams writes, “So you’re likely curious what exactly a Keller Season Pass is, yes? Here’s your answer. A Keller Season Pass means you and one other guest will have admission to any and every Keller headline show for a complete year. The year will begin one month after the auction ends. By definition, a “headline” show does not include Festivals of any type….even if Keller is the headline act. What it is good for is any Keller “normal” show held at any venue….unlimited….for one year.”

The third item is a Summer Camp VIP upgrade package and golf cart ride with Keller. The winner will receive two VIP Summer Camp Upgrades for the festival and a 30 minute golf cart ride during the weekend with the exact time to be determined (“Of course this also allows 30 minutes of meaningful conversation, laughs, Keller humor, etc.”).

The auction is now underway with bidding set to end on May 24 for the first two items and on May 19 for the Summer Camp upgrade and golf cart ride.
