moe. debuted two new original songs and invited out some special guests during their shows at Chillicothe, IL’s Summer Camp festival this past weekend. As previously reported, Umphrey’s McGee guitarist Brendan Bayliss sat in with moe. Friday afternoon on a cover of Jimmy Cliff’s “The Harder They Come.” Then partway through moe.’s first set Sunday, String Cheese Incident keyboardist Kyle Hollingsworth—who was as the festival with his own band—emerged for a take on “Happy Hour Hero.” Later in the show, Bela Fleck also sat in on “Shoot First.”

Saturday night the group introduced the Al Schnier original “Smoke” during their first set and Sunday the group busted into another Schnier new song, “Rain Shine,” during their second set. But perhaps the group’s biggest surprise took place at the start of Saturday’s second set: The members of moe. ran through their original “Crab Eyes” on only their iPads.
