The Village Voice has finalized the lineup for the inaugural 4Knots Music Festival, which will be held on Saturday, July 16 at South Street Seaport’s Pier 17 in Manhattan. The 4Knots Music Festival will replace the Siren music festival the alternative newsweekly produced in Coney Island each summer.

The lineup for the free, day-long, and all-ages music festival includes: Titus Andronicus, Obits, Eleanor Friedberger of Fiery Furnaces, as well as previously confirmed headliner The Black Angels, Davila 666 and Oberhofer.

The festival owes its name to the East River, which connects every borough of New York City and flows at a speed of 4 knots. The name and location of the festival are meant to evoke the rich history surrounding the Seaport and its importance to New York City, having been one of the busiest and most important channels in the world.
