On July 17-20, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP) will host the 17th Annual Drug Court Training Conference at Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. Featured on the Tuesday, July 19 panel is second time speaker and Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio, who graduated from the program following his DUI arrest in 2006. Anastasio will be joined by actors Martin Sheen, Matthew Perry, Harry Lennix and Melissa Fitzgerald to rally in support of the NADCP.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Senators Al Franken and Rand Paul will also be on hand for the rally. The event will start at 8:30 AM at Upper Senate Park on Capitol Hill and will be open to the public and media. Click here for the full list of events and panelists.
