With the Gathering of the Vibes set to kick off next week, we wanted to remind folks about the food drive that will take place at this year’s event. The Terrapin Foundation, which will be giving away a limited edition poster designed by contest winner Sara Wolfson to anyone that donates 20 or more items. The Foundation notes, “If you’re heading to the Gathering of the Vibes this year, please remember to pack a donation for the GOTV Terrapin Foundation food drive. They’ll be collecting non-perishable food, personal hygiene products and clean new or used clothing. The goal this year is to collect 15,000 lbs. to benefit several organizations in and around Bridgeport. Even if you’ve only going for one day, you can certainly help. Collection bins will be set up outside of the Day Entrance and at Terrapin Foundation table across from the entrance to the concert field.”
