Cameron Crowe has directed a documentary on Pearl Jam, which will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday September 10. Ten days later, Pearl Jam Twenty, which explores the band’s two decades, will screen in numerous movie theater nationwide and will open in certain markets three days later. September 20 also is the release date of the soundtrack to the film, while the DVD will become available on October 25. Prior to then, a Pearl Jam Twenty book written by veteran music writer Jonathan Cohen with Mark Wilkerson will be issued by Simon & Schuster on September 13.
