We feel obligated to follow up the Freak story below, with a Freek story above. For some time Keller offered a regular free download that he called the Once A Week Freek. However, as he explains, “I couldn’t keep up with the pace. Quite frankly, I just don’t like listening to myself enough to wade through all the material it takes to find something worthy of releasing. I have to much respect for you, the listener, to force releases. And let’s face it, nobody’s getting rich selling music these days.” So he has revised his release schedule to create the Whenever I Feel Like It Freek series. He just offered up the David Wilcox song “Boob Job” featuring Sikiru Adepoju from last summer’s Hoxeyville Festival as well as a live remix mash-up he calls “Fela’s Funk Trouble” and an original entitled “B.i.t.c.h.” The stories behind all these songs and the music itself can be found at Keller’s website#.
