On September 13, Brooklyn-based rock band Robbers on High Street will release Hey There Golden Hair, their third studio album and the first since 2007’s Grand Animals. Produced by front-man Ben Trokan and engineered by Matt Shane (Flight of the Concords, Rosanne Cash), the new album will be released through Rocco Grecco Records. With the addition of percussionist Doug Rumpf and guitarist/vocalist Nadir Naqvi replacing Steven Mercado, Hey There Golden Hair features a newly expanded six-piece lineup. The Daptone records horn section also makes a guest appearance on the album (portions of the albums were recorded at Budos/Dap-King guitarist Tommy Brenneck’s Dunham Studio.

Over the next two weeks, Robbers on High Street will continue their residency at the Brooklyn Bowl.
