The Felice Brothers have announced “Celebration, Tourida,” an eight-and-a-half-week tour in support of their new album Celebration, Florida. The tour begins on September 21 in Pittsburgh, PA and will cross the country until coming to a close in Burlington, VT on November 19. The group has also confirmed a series of support dates, including opening sets for The Dodos (September 21), Okkervil River (September 22), Dr. Dog (November 10) and Deer Tick (November 18). Old Crow Medicine Show’s Gil Landry will open most of the group’s headlining dates. Old Crow recently canceled their fall dates due to health reasons.

In addition to the recently announced performances, The Felice Brothers will also perform at The Midpoint Music Festival, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, The City Arts Festival and The Orlando Calling Festival. As a special treat to their fans, The Felice Brothers will post a free mp3 of a new song off the Poughkeepsie Princess EP every Wednesday for the next five weeks on their website.
