As expected, Jonny Corndawg has canceled his Rocks Off boat cruise around New York due to Hurricane Irene. But the whimsical Americana songwriter has confirmed a last minute show at Brooklyn, NY’s Union Pool tonight (one of the few New York venues hosting live music). Jonny Corndawg will release his new studio album Down On The Bikini Line this Tuesday, August 30. The same night he will perform another show at Union Pool (which was scheduled before the hurricane). He’ll spend most of the fall on the road supporting his album, including shows with Tim Easton, Robert Ellis and Trampled by Turtles.
