Neil and Pegi Young have confirmed the lineup for their annual Bridge School Benefit concert. The non-profit charity event will take place at Mountain View, CA’s Shoreline Amphitheatre on October 22 and 23. In addition to Young, Dave Matthews, Arcade Fire, Eddie Vedder, Beck, Mumford & Sons and Jenny Lewis will perform both nights. Los Invisibles featuring Carlos Santana, Cindy Blackman Santana and other guests will also appear both days. Diana Krall will join the benefit on Saturday while Foo Fighters and Tony Bennett will take the stage on Sunday.

This year marks the benefit’s 25th anniversary. As a practice, but not a rule, the performers usually use acoustic instruments during their sets.
