i have never seen wilco or even listend to their cds, but i got this dvd “the making of mermaid ave.” about them and billy bragg (who is also the very very awsome) and it peaked my interests, though the lead singer comes off as a primadona, i still dig their sound, and if i was a rockstar, i would probably be a bit ofa asshole. anyway, the santa barbra show looks interesting, its agood tour layout also.

any chance you get to see Wilco live- DO IT! Great live show with some of the greatest fans to see a band with in my opinion, at least in the midwest. Tweedy may be a primadonna but has earned the eight to do it with the ups and downs of his career. Glenn Kotche is one of the best drummers out there as well. Enjoy the show, I get to see them in Detroit!
