Andrew Bird, Built To Spill and The Hold Steady are among the acts scheduled to play a Levi-sponsored concert series in support of the town of Braddock, PA. The tiny steel town has been in economic decline for several years and all ticket sales from the concert series will go to support rebuilding efforts. The Levi’s brand
will triple all funds raised from the shows. “Benefit Braddock” will take place from November 10-12 at Braddock, PA’s First Carnegie Public Library. Thursday, November 10’s show will feature Andrew Bird and Kurt Vile & the Violators while Friday, November 11’s performance will bring together Built to Spill and Atlas Sound. The Saturday, November 12 benefit will then boast The Hold Steady and Titus Andronicus.
