Woods headlined a night co-presented by Relix at Brooklyn, NY’s Glasslands last night. During the band’s set, Real Estate guitarist Matthew Mondanile emerged to play drums with the group on “Bend Beyond.” At the end of the show, Real Estate bassist Alex Bleeker—who opened the show with his other band the Freaks—also sang co-lead vocals on Vince Guaraldi’s “Christmas Time is Here.” Though Woods recently released the song last night was the group’s first live take on the number. The band also left the stage as the American Beauty version of “Box of Rain” was played over the venue’s speakers.

In related news, the lineup for the second part of venue 285 Kent Ave.’s holiday party is now available. Widowspeak, Woods side band The Babies and Dive will perform at the holiday celebration tonight. Mondanile and promoter ToddP will DJ between sets.
