Umphrey’s McGee made its way to St. Louis last night to close out 2011. Before the first of three nights at the Pageant, UM performed a free matinee at Vintage Vinyl. There the group delivered takes on “Puppet String,” “Water,” “Wellwishers” and “Kimble.” Then it was on to the main event where the band kicked things off with a version of “Jazz Odyssey” which then led into “Cemetery Walk.” The evening also included a debut cover of TV On the Radio’s “Second Song,” a version of “August” filled with “Paradise City” teases and a second set that saw “1348” appear twice, initially emerging out of the opening “Bright Lights” and then closing out the set, following “Sociable Jimmy.”

The complete setlist appears below, drawn from our Box Scores section.
