Paul McCartney’s new album will be titled Kisses On The Bottom. According to a statement from Macca’s camp, the phrase ‘Kisses On The Bottom,’ is a line taken from the album’s opener “I’m Gonna Sit Right Down And Write Myself A Letter,” originally a hit by pianist/composer Fats Waller.

Recorded at the legendary Capitol Studios in Los Angeles, New York and London throughout 2011, Kisses On The Bottom is reportedly a collection of standards from Paul’s childhood, along with two original tunes, “My Valentine” and “Only Our Hearts.” Produced by Grammy Award-winner Tommy LiPuma and Diana Krall, the record also features guest appearances by Eric Clapton and Stevie Wonder.
