West Coast psychedelic purveyors Moon Block Party have announced their first event of 2012. Taking place this Saturday, January 14, Moon Block and crew will transform Dillon’s Roadhouse in Palm Springs, CA with loads of artists, visual installations, and live music by local psych acts Dead Meadow, Crooked Cowboy, Strangers Family Band, Wardrum and JuJu. The event is a celebration for what would be the 101st birthday of Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins (known for his famous spiced rum).
