Umphrey’s McGee used the grand stage of Sunday’s Superbowl halftime to announce their third annual UMBowl. Slightly less costly than a TV ad, the group posted a humorous announcement video to their website showing bassist Ryan Stasik and guitarist Brendan Bayliss posing questions to Apple’s Siri interface. UMBowl III will take place on April 27 at Chicago’s Park West. As with previous years, the group will play four themed “quarters,” which are expected to be announced in the coming weeks along with ticket details. Check out the announcement video below.
