The Mimi Fishman Foundation has launched a new on-line charity auction which features the “dress” Jon Fishman wore during Phish’s Sept 4, 2011 show at Dick’s Sporting Good Park in Commerce City, CO. While Fishman’s typical stage garb is adorned with orange O’s (doughnuts), the drummer surprised fans when he came out wearing a dress with X’s instead of O’s. The dress was only worn during this one show. The auction also features drumsticks and drumheads from Phish’s 2011 shows. Every stick and head is dated as well as signed by Fishman himself.

Proceeds from the auction will go to benefit the Delta Gamma Center for Children With Visual Impairments—specifically to support the newly created Mimi Fishman Adventure Camp which is coordinated by Delta Gamma and offers a safe camp environment for visually impaired children.

The on-line auction is currently live with the bidding coming to close on Thursday, March 1. To view and/or bid on the auction, and for more information on the charities the Mimi Fishman Foundation supports, please visit their Auction Page.
