The Avett Brothers have announced a series of Spring and early Summer tour dates. The band will kick off the tour on March 7 in Iowa City, IA, continuing on the road until late June with stops at theaters and amphitheaters across the country. The tour will also see the band make several festival appearances, including Wakarusa, Bonnaroo and the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. Supporting acts on select dates include Jojo Herman of Widespread Panic’s Mardi Gras Band (The Avetts used to open for Widespread), Jackie Greene, City and Colour and Devotchka.
