Tea Leaf Green’s Trevor Garrod, Scott Rager, Reed Mathis and Cochrane Mcmillan will play a free show at San Francisco’s Brick & Mortar this Friday. The musicians will perform under the not-so-secret alias The Tea Leaves. The only member of the band missing from band’s lineup is guitarist Josh Clark. The entire evening is part of Google Music’s Indie Artist Meet-Up. Music is slated to run from 7-11pm. Tea Leaf Green proper is off the road until a show at Austin, TX’s The Tap Room on March 16 as part of the SXSW Music Conference.

Wish this was forever. Josh Clark is a douche.

DOn’t ignore the comment. He’s the reason these great musicians still play bars.

I hate to agree, but I do. I’d love to see more of the Tea Leaves. The band is great when it’s piano focused, and Mathis brought some great funk to it. When it Clark gets going the crowd tunes out.
