Levon Helm Confirms Birthday Ramble, Welcomes Mumford & Sons

Levon Helm returned to the stage this past weekend following a recent medical treatment. Helm hosted his regular Midnight Ramble in Woodstock, NY, with special guests Mumford & Sons opening the night. During their support set, Mumford & Sons invited out Felice Brothers founder Simone Felice for most of their set. Felice and the members of Mumford & Sons returned to the stage at the end of Helm’s show to perform on the classic Band cut “The Weight.”

Helm has also confirmed a series of Midnight Rambles as well as his annual birthday celebration. This year’s birthday show will take place at Kingston, NY’s Ulster Performing Arts Center on May 25.

The Felice brother who performed with them was Simon. :)

I guess if you mean performing one song with Mumford and Sons as most of the set then you would be correct!
