The Magnetic Fields, Sharon Van Etten, Bowerbirds, The War on Drugs and More to Play Mission Creek Festival

The seventh annual Mission Creek Festival kicks off next week on March 27 and will run through until April 1. The week-long gathering, which takes over the venues and spaces of downtown Iowa City, IA features a wide array of music, literature, food, and art.

This year’s diverse range of musical acts include The Magnetic Fields, Sharon Van Etten, Tim Hecker, The War on Drugs, Bowerbirds, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, Black Milk, Dirty Beaches, William Elliott Whitmore, and many more. See below for the full lineup.

In addition to the musical happenings, the festival will also host a series of comedic and literary events including a one-time only comedy show created by David Cross, Jon Benjamin, Jon Glaser and Mary Lynn Rajskub.
