Athens, GA’s Futurebirds will release Seney-Stovall, a live album recorded during their February 2011 hometown show at the Seney-Stovall Chapel, for Record Store Day on April 21. The eight tracks will be available on a limited edition run of vinyl, pressed at United Recording Pressing in Nashville, TN. With only 1,000 copies issued, the physical release will maintain the intimate spirit of the band’s heralded performance to 250 lucky fans. Seney-Stovall will also be available via all major digital retailers.

Here’s a look at the album’s tracks

Side A:

Dirty D (P.A. Power Out; from 2011’s re-released S/T EP)
Johnny Utah (from 2010’s debut LP Hampton’s Lullaby)
Wicked Game (Chris Isaak cover; 2011’s Via Flamina EP)
MJB (S/T EP)

Side B:

Megachills (S/T EP)
Via Flamina (from Via Flamina)
Red Top Girl (S/T EP)
Wild Heart (Stevie Nicks cover; from Via Flamina)

In celebration of the release of Seney-Stovall, Futurebirds will also follow up last fall’s sold out show at Athens’ Georgia Theatre with a performance on April 21 at the recently renovated theater. The night is presented by Wuxtry Records, a staple of the Athens music scene and one of the only two surviving record stores in town.
