Trey Anastasio and Just For Men Team Up on "Big Red" Hair Color Line
Trey Anastasio has inked an deal with Just For Men on a new line of hair products, appropriately titled “Big Red.” Fans looking to take on the style will now be able to emulate the redhead with the new product, set to hit stores nationwide on May 2.
Years ago, Anastasio was given the nickname “Big Red,” a reference to the Phish guitarist’s shimmering mop of red hair.
“My hair color has always been a point of pride for me,” says Anastasio. “Just For Men approached me about collaborating a line of red hair color products and I…it’s just something I couldn’t turn down. I’m really excited about this new project.”
While Anastasio has shown some signs of graying in his beard in recent years, there is no indication as to whether or not he will be using the product himself.
