M Ward has confirmed a big show at Brooklyn, NY’s Brooklyn Prospect Park on August 7. Longtime area heroes Yo La Tengo will open the night. M Ward has a long history with the New Jersey indie rock band and sat in with the trio a handful of times before rising through the ranks himself. In other news, M Ward will appear on the Late Show With David Letterman on May 11.

M Ward released his seventh solo album A Wasteland Companion on April 10. He will perform in Phoenix, AZ tomorrow evening.
