Shooter Jennings will perform with his father Waylon Jennings’ famed band backing Waymore’s Outlaws for the first time this spring. The performance will take place at Allegre KY’s Goose on the Lake Music Festival during the festival’s opening night. The 17th annual festival will take place on June 1 and 2. Waylon Jennings passed away in 2002.

Goose on the Lake Music Festival began in 1996 as a small private concert for diehard fans of the rock group Goose Creek Symphony. In addition to Jennings and Goose Creek Symphony, this year’s lineup will also feature honk-tonk legend Greg Garing, Heath Haynes & The Hi-Dollars, Frank Hudson, The Five Tones and Tim Emery.
