Brunch Scrambles, Bar Music and More with Phil Lesh and Mark Karan (New Rambles Too)

A look at Lesh’s brunch set via Terrapin Crossroads’ Facebook page

Phil Lesh’s San Rafael, CA hosted their first official brunch this past weekend (one item on the menu is the Phil Scramble). Phil Lesh, his son Grahame and RatDog guitarist Mark Karan performed for fans as they ate on the patio. According to Deadheadland.com, the brunch setlists included songs like “Bertha,” “Dire Wolf,” “Loser,” “Whiskey In the Jar,” “San Francisco Rain,” “He’s Gone,” “New Speedway Boogie,” “Franklin’s Tower” and “I Know You Rider.” In addition, Lesh, Karan and Ross James played last minute, free shows in the restaurant’s bar space on both Friday and Saturday nights. Setlists for both shows are available below.

In other news, Lesh has confirmed two more Rambles. These shows will take place at Terrapin Crossroads on May 25 and 26, featuring Lesh, Karan, Furthur/RatDog keyboardist
Jeff Chimenti, Furthur guitarist John Kadlecik, Ryan Adams & the Cardinals pedal steel player Jon Graboff and drummer Jaz Sawyer
