Ween singer Gene Ween will play his first solo show under his given name Aaron Freeman this evening. The performance will take place at New York’s 92YTribeca in support of his new studio album Marvelous Clouds. The 13-song album is a collection of Rod McKuen covers. In advance of the show, Freeman will discuss his solo debut and possibly play some music on WNYC’s Soundcheck at 2:00pm EST this afternoon. His appearance will be streamed online for free.
