Following nearly a year long hiatus, Umphrey’s McGee’s Brendan Bayliss and Yonder Mountain String Band’s Jeff Austin returned to the stage as 30db last night at The Abbey Pub in Chicago, IL. The duo, who are currently writing and recording a new studio album, debuted new material alongside songs from 2010’s One Man Show and a handful of covers. The performance also saw the pair pay tribute to the late Beastie Boy Adam “MCA” Yauch with a cover of the Beastie’s “Something’s Got to Give.”

Earlier in the evening, Bayliss and Austin joined opening act Van Ghost on a cover of The Band’s “I Shall Be Released,” a tribute to the late Levon Helm.

A full (unconfirmed) setlist from last night’s show can be found below via The Bort.
