Lotus returned to New York’s Irving Plaza, a venue they outgrew a few years ago, for the first of two nights yesterday. Deep into their second set, the Philadelphia-based group paid tribute to MCA with a cover of Beastie Boys’ 1993 Check Your Head track “In 3’s.” Lotus will return to Irving Plaza this evening.
