Brooklyn multi-instrumentalist and session man Eric Biondo (Superhuman Happiness, Davy Jones, Phish) has released a new album, titled Siren Science, under his Beyondo alias. The album features a number of notable guest musicians including saxophonist Stuart Bogie and guitarist Luke Riverside of Antibalas/Superhuman Happiness, vocalist Alecia Chakour, keyboardist Jared Samuel and guitarist Grey McMurray of Minerva Lions along with many others.

The album’s 17 tracks were recorded and mixed by Biondo in Brooklyn, NY with mastering work done by Hernan Santiago at La Sala Studios in New York’s East Village. The album is dedicated to the memory of The Monkee’s Davy Jones, who Biondo performed and collaborated with for many years.

Biondo has a long musical resume that includes work with TV on the Radio, Passion Pit, Charlie Hunter, Antibalas, We Are Augustines, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Regina Spektor, The Monkees. He was also one of the horn players who joined Phish for their cover of Little Feat’s Waiting for Columbus on Halloween in 2010.
