Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith will play a rare solo show in New York this evening. The intimate performance will take place at the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel at 10 PM. The invite-only set is part of the hotel’s Rose Bar Sessions. Musicians like Little Barrie and The Head & the Heart have also played small shows in the high-end bar in recent months.

Taylor and his brother, Dawes drummer Griffin Goldsmith, will perform at New York’s Irving Plaza on May 24 and 25 as part of Dylan Fest. The band will then kick off a series of shows at Norfolk, CT’s Infinity Hall on May 30.
